RSC Chairman Mark Walker Announces RSC Staff Changes

WASHINGTON - Republican Study Committee (RSC) Chairman Mark Walker (NC-6), today, announced several staff changes, including one addition to the office of the RSC.

Matt Dickerson has been named as Policy Director. He has served the RSC since 2014. During his tenure, he staffed the annual Budget and Spending Task Force, which is responsible for producing RSC's annual budget proposal. Previously, Dickerson served on the staff of Rep. C.W. Bill Young (FL-13), including as Legislative Director. As Policy Director, Dickerson will lead the RSC policy team.

Alexei Woltornist joins the RSC as Communications Director. He joins the RSC after most recently serving as Communications Director for Rep. Warren Davidson (OH-8). Previously, he worked at The Heritage Foundation in a variety of roles including as Senior Communications Manager for National Security. As Communications Director, Woltornist will manage communications efforts for the RSC and collaborate with RSC Members' communications staff.

Noelani Bonifacio has been promoted to Professional Policy Staffer. She has served the RSC since 2015 first as a Staff Assistant and then as a Research Assistant. Before starting at the RSC, she interned at The Heritage Foundation and worked at Lincoln Strategy Group and the Hawai'i State Senate. She is a graduate of the University of Hawai'i at Manoa.

We have a great team at RSC and I look forward to working with them to move Congress in the right direction," Chairman Walker said.
